ACCELQ INC, a Dallas, TX based SaaS Test Automation Platform Firm has multiple openings for JOB ID 12393: Strategic Business Solutions Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and analyze business needs to help design systems, improve processes, and support projects.
  2. Identify problems, suggest practical solutions, and ensure they meet stakeholder goals.
  3. Lead gap analysis and organize workshops to improve business processes and solutions.
  4. Track defects, resolve issues, and provide updates using tools like JIRA. Plan and perform testing, using SQL for data checks.
  5. Work closely with teams from business, IT, and operations to deliver and integrate solutions smoothly.
  6. Create training materials and user guides, and provide ongoing support to help users adapt to new systems.
  7. Prepare reports, business cases, and presentations to share project progress, test results, and recommendations.
  8. Help manage change by working with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
  9. Support business growth by finding market opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting with proposals.
  10. Manage lead generation and sales pipelines using (Customer Relationship Management) CRM features, working with marketing and sales to match client needs.
  11. Collect and review client and market feedback to improve products and guide business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engg, Business Admin or related with at least 24 months of experience.
  • Salary ranges between $141,336.00 to $143,000.00/year.
  • Travel and relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the United States may be required. Equal Opportunity Employer.
