ACCELQ INC, a Dallas, TX based SaaS Test Automation Platform Firm has multiple openings for JOB ID 12392: Strategic Business Solutions Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  1. Gather, document, and analyze business needs to support system design, process improvements, and project delivery.
  2. Identify issues, propose practical solutions, and ensure they align with stakeholder goals.
  3. Assist in gap analysis and facilitate workshops to enhance business processes and solutions.
  4. Track defects, resolve issues, and provide progress updates using tools like JIRA. Plan and execute testing, utilizing SQL for data validation and system verification.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams—including business, IT, and operations—to ensure smooth delivery and integration of business and technical solutions.
  6. Develop training materials, user guides, and provide ongoing support to help users adopt new systems.
  7. Prepare reports, business cases, and presentations to communicate project updates, test results, and recommendations.
  8. Support change management by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and acceptance of new solutions.
  9. Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and assisting with proposal development.
  10. Support lead generation and sales tracking through (Customer Relationship Management) CRM tools, working with marketing and sales to align solutions with client needs.
  11. Collect and analyze client and market feedback to guide product improvements and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engg, Business admin or related with at least 60 months of experience.
  • Salary ranges between $141,336.00 to $143,000.00/year
  • Travel and relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the United States may be required. Equal Opportunity Employer.
