Strategic Business Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements to support project goals and help identify simple issues and possible solutions.
- Help track bugs, support testing, and create basic test cases; use SQL for simple data checks.
- Work with different teams to support smooth coordination between business needs and technical solutions.
- Help prepare user guides, training materials, and project documents; assist in sharing updates with stakeholders.
- Support business development by researching opportunities, helping with client communication, and assisting in proposal preparation.
- Assist with tracking sales leads and maintaining CRM (Customer Relationship Management) records; work with sales and marketing to match client needs with company offerings.
- Collect basic feedback from clients and the market to help improve products and guide team decision.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in CS, IT, Engg, Business Admin or related.
- Salary ranges between $141,336.00 to $143,000.00/year.
- Travel and relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the United States may be required. Equal Opportunity Employer.
