About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and operational lead to drive key areas of Sales Engineering function.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Deal Success: Join high-impact demos, POC scoping, and trial debriefs to align ACCELQ’s value proposition with customer objectives.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical blockers, adoption issues, and competitive threats in “Red/Yellow Flag” deals.
  • Optimize Demo Strategy: Periodically improvise demo flows and trial workshops based on the latest product releases to ensure a consistent, high-converting experience.
  • Bridge Sales & Technical Teams: Act as the primary link between the Sales and Engineering teams to ensure demo needs and technical assets (dashboards, test flows) are met.
  • Team Growth & Performance: Mentor junior SEs, manage team KPIs, and lead hiring efforts to scale the function.
  • Insights & Analysis: Conduct quarterly Win/Loss analysis to refine our approach and improve global SE performance.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in test automation or enterprise software pre-sales.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to look beyond the “feature” and sell the “solution”.
  • Leadership: Experience mentoring teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Communication: A bridge-builder who can navigate between sales pressure and technical execution.
  • Execution-Focused: A proactive mindset to handle offshore POCs and complex workshops.
